Very Important: Most people don’t realize this, but if you email a support question to us, when we respond to you, the email may NOT always end up in your inbox… sometimes it may end up in your “spam” or “junk” folders. This happens because email providers filtering systems don’t always work properly. Please realize that you may miss our response to you if you don’t check your “spam” or “junk” folders as well as your inbox.
To make sure you receive our response to your request, it’s VERY important that you add the email address, “[email protected]” to your “white-list”, “approved sender” list, and add it to your contact list in your address book. That tells your email provider to make sure not to false filter our response to you into a junk folder.
